Hiring for a New Channel With Limited Proven Talent
Joy Spring partnered with Constant Hire to hire a dedicated TikTok Shop Manager to own and scale one of their most important emerging revenue channels.
As TikTok Shop continued to grow as a performance-driven ecommerce platform, the company needed a full-time operator who could manage both strategy and execution, while building the infrastructure required to scale. This was not a support role, it required someone who could own the channel end-to-end, from creator partnerships to revenue optimization.
TikTok Shop is still an emerging platform, which made this search particularly challenging.
The client needed someone who:
- Had direct, hands-on TikTok Shop experience

The talent pool for this type of candidate is extremely limited.
