Finding a Shopify Operator With Retention Depth

While the role itself wasn’t difficult to define, it required a very specific skill set. HigherDOSE needed someone who could operate confidently inside:

  • Shopify
  • Retention marketing systems (including Klaviyo)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Ecommerce merchandising

Candidates without direct Shopify, retention, or CRO experience would not have been a fit.

Additionally, cultural alignment mattered. This role required someone who could integrate seamlessly into a fast-moving health & wellness team.
