Finding a Social Media Manager With Health & Wellness Experience

While the role itself was clearly defined, HigherDOSE needed someone who already understood the health, wellness, and beauty ecosystem.

Candidates outside this vertical would have struggled to produce authentic content and connect with the brand’s audience.

Additionally, the candidate needed to bring a mix of creative and operational skills, including:

  • Social media content creation
  • Community engagement
  • Content calendar planning
  • On-camera comfort and brand representation

The search also followed previous hiring attempts, increasing the pressure to find the right long-term fit.

Constant Hire focused on candidates with proven experience managing social media for health, wellness, or beauty brands.

Candidates were evaluated based on:
