They needed a VP of Operations to manage the logistics behind a growing 9-figure DTC portfolio — someone who had seen scale before and could bring structure without slowing momentum. At the same time, their creative performance was stalling. They needed a Creative Strategist who could drive conversions, not just branding — someone fluent in Meta ads and direct response.
