Job Description

About the Company

Our client is reinventing the safe industry with products built for both security and style. Backed by over a century of family expertise, it's a modern DTC brand whose safes, from biometric fireproof models to Full-Drawer and floor safes, are designed to fit into the home.

B2B is a fast-growing channel for the client, with established partnerships including leading closet companies and distributors, and a growing network of independent closet companies, designers, and showrooms.
‍

Role Overview

This is a Head of B2B Sales & Partnerships role, hybrid based in Boston, MA. This person will own and grow B2B revenue across closet companies, distributors, designers, and trade partners. Revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline, and channel performance all sit with them. They'll personally run the biggest partner relationships, build a small regional sales team, and make sure programs like showroom placements and partner trainings turn into orders. This is a player-coach role, setting the plan, then getting directly into the accounts and deals that move revenue most.
‍

Responsibilities

- Own the number: Own B2B revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline, with a clear plan by channel, account, region, and product.

- Grow strategic partners: Personally manage and expand the largest accounts, including the client's key named partners, driving more revenue per location and broader adoption of higher-value products like Full-Drawer and floor safes.

- Open new revenue: Build and work target account lists across independent closet companies, designers, Kitchen + Bath, hospitality, and jewelry, and convert inbound leads, lapsed accounts, and one-time buyers into repeat business.

- Build the sales team: Hire, onboard, and coach Northeast and Southeast regional reps, set territory priorities, and regularly review what's converting into orders.

- Scale programs that sell: Expand the showroom safe program and a regular calendar of partner presentations and trainings, based on measured sell-through after placement.

- Make trade shows pay off: Pick the shows and associations worth the investment, set targets before each event, and own the follow-up after.

- Run on data: Track revenue, orders, active locations, repeat rate, product mix, and revenue per location, and use it to decide where the team spends its time.
‍

Who They're Looking For

- 7+ years in B2B, wholesale, dealer, channel, or partnership sales, with a track record of opening and growing seven to eight figures in revenue.

- 3+ years leading salespeople, with strong fundamentals in forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and coaching.

- Proven at growing both large existing accounts and new business across distributors, dealers, showrooms, or multi-location customers.

- Comfortable presenting to owners, executives, sales teams, and designers.

- Uses sales data to decide where to focus next, not just to report what happened.

- Willing to travel for partner meetings, showroom visits, presentations, and trade shows.

- Background in premium home products, closets, cabinetry, furniture, building or design products, or luxury goods sold through dealers and showrooms is a strong plus.

This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who wants to own a number, build a team, and grow both flagship accounts and new B2B revenue.
