Job Description

About the Company

Our client is the largest Amazon prep and ecommerce fulfillment network in the United States. Instead of running its own warehouses, the company connects brands to a network of 100+ partner facilities across the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, and Dubai, all tied together by its in-house software for unified billing and real-time inventory tracking. The company serves everyone from top Amazon sellers to enterprise brands.

Role Overview

This is a remote (LATAM) Growth Marketing Manager role. This person will own the inbound engine that turns search, content, and conversion into qualified sales pipeline. It's a marketer-first role for someone who understands B2B demand generation and has the technical chops to ship their own ideas. They will own the full path from insight to result: spot a keyword or market opportunity, write the page, publish it in WordPress, optimize it for search and AI discovery, distribute it, track it in HubSpot, and iterate based on what the leads tell them. The scoreboard is qualified inbound leads that become sales opportunities and revenue.

Responsibilities

- Lead generation: Own the funnel from discovery to website conversion to qualified lead to sales opportunity, and build the inbound strategy around the highest-value services, verticals, and buyer problems.

- Commercial SEO: Own keyword research, technical and on-page SEO, internal linking, and authority building, with a focus on high-intent service, vertical, comparison, and location pages rather than traffic for its own sake.

- AI search visibility: Build the company's presence across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini using structured content, schema, original research, and third-party citations, then set a baseline and measure progress.

- Website and CRO: Build and edit landing and campaign pages in WordPress, connect forms and CTAs to HubSpot, support GA4 and GTM tracking, and run offer and CTA experiments to lift conversion.

- Content that converts: Turn the company's logistics expertise into service pages, case studies, guides, lead magnets, and sales enablement, using AI to move faster without ever publishing generic AI content.

- Distribution and social: Repurpose core content across LinkedIn, founder and executive social, email, and nurture campaigns, and help subject-matter experts become their own distribution channels.

- Analytics and attribution: Own the marketing scoreboard across GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, and SEO tools so it's always clear where leads came from, what is converting, and where to invest next.

- Sales feedback loop: Meet with sales regularly to learn which leads are strong, what prospects are asking, and which verticals are heating up, then turn that into new pages, campaigns, and experiments.

Who They're Looking For

- A marketer first, with a real grasp of B2B demand generation, buyer intent, positioning, funnels, lead quality, and pipeline economics.

- Proven track record of growing qualified inbound leads through SEO/AEO, content, and conversion work, not just growing traffic.

- Hands-on with WordPress, HubSpot, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Ahrefs or Semrush.

- Experienced with LinkedIn and email marketing and automation.

- AI-native: already uses AI for research, keyword clustering, briefs, writing, schema, analysis, and automation, and instinctively looks for ways to do better work faster.

- A strong writer and editor who can make a logistics service sound sharp and specific.

- Bonus points for JavaScript, APIs and webhooks, SQL, Looker Studio, or automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
