Role Overview
This is a Growth Marketing Lead hybrid role based in New York, NY, sitting at the heart of the company's growth engine. This person will help lead the performance creative function, working closely with senior leadership, Media Buying, and the broader Growth organization to develop creative that drives customer acquisition and sales at scale. The ideal candidate is an exceptional growth marketer with strong creative instincts, analytical rigor, and an extremely high bar for execution, equally comfortable digging into performance data, developing new creative concepts, challenging a brief, and working directly with creative teams and creators to turn ideas into winning ads. This person will play a key role in building a high-velocity creative engine that continuously generates, tests, learns, and scales new ideas across products, audiences, and channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive the performance creative engine: own the day-to-day process of developing, testing, analyzing, and iterating new creative concepts designed to drive customer acquisition and sales.
- Develop breakthrough creative concepts: turn consumer insights, cultural trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data into new angles, hooks, formats, and creative ideas.
- Raise the creative bar: push beyond obvious ideas and repetitive direct-response formulas, challenging creative teams and partners to produce work that earns attention and converts.
- Translate performance into action: analyze creative performance to understand what is working, why it is working, and how those learnings should influence the next generation of creative.
- Lead multiple creative workstreams: manage several initiatives simultaneously across products, audiences, creators, and formats while maintaining speed, quality, and accountability.
- Partner with creators and talent: help develop creative strategy for influencer, creator, and talent-led content, from identifying the right concepts and briefs through reviewing and improving final output.
- Work closely with Media Buying: maintain a tight feedback loop with the media team to understand performance signals, identify opportunities, and ensure creative development is focused on the highest-impact areas.
- Manage and develop talent: lead and develop members of the growth and creative team, providing clear direction, direct feedback, and high standards while helping them improve quickly.
- Continuously improve operations: identify opportunities to make briefing, production, testing, analysis, and iteration faster and more effective as the business scales.

- High bar for performance, comfortable giving direct feedback, challenging assumptions, and pushing themselves and others beyond the obvious answer.
