Job Description

About the Company

Our client is the brand behind a category-defining beef organ supplement movement, built on a simple idea: nose to tail nutrition is what the modern world left out. Since 2015, the brand has helped hundreds of thousands of people reconnect with ancestral wisdom through grass fed, freeze dried organ supplements. The brand runs on paid social, and every ad competes with a feed full of noise, so the creative team is constantly testing, iterating, and pushing new hooks to keep performance strong.

Role Overview

This is a remote (LATAM) Video Editor role. This person will turn raw footage, UGC, and creative assets into high performing ads for Facebook and Instagram. They'll work inside a fast moving editing process, managing multiple versions, hooks, and ad sets, and will partner closely with the Creative Strategists to translate feedback into cuts that convert.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign-based editing: Manage editing across multiple live campaigns at once, keeping versions, hooks, and ad sets organized without losing track of what's been tested.
  • Native social craft: Cut footage so it feels like it belongs in the feed, not on YouTube or the news, using pacing, captions, and hooks built for paid social.
  • Hook-first thinking: Build and test multiple hook variations from the same footage to find what stops the scroll and drives performance.
  • Footage reuse: Mine existing footage libraries for new angles and combinations instead of starting from scratch on every ad.
  • Tight feedback loops: Work directly with the Creative Strategist to turn notes into fast, accurate revisions without losing creative momentum.
  • Organized workflow: Keep project files, exports, and versioning clean enough that anyone on the team can pick up where they left off.
  • Performance awareness: Watch how ads perform and use that data to inform pacing, hook choice, and structure on the next round of edits.

Who They're Looking For

  • Has edited video for Meta ads, not just brand content.
  • Can take boring, low-fi footage and make it actually watchable.
  • Comfortable juggling several campaigns, versions, and hooks at the same time without losing organization.
  • Communicates clearly and takes feedback well, translating notes into changes quickly.
  • Based in LATAM and can work closely with a US-based team in real time.
  • Has a strong eye for pacing, captions, and what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Self-directed and comfortable owning their editing queue without heavy oversight.
