Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, better-for-you CPG brand redefining what clean snacking looks like. Founded and scaled internationally, the brand has built a strong foundation around patented food technology, ultra-clean ingredients, and products that are naturally high in protein and fiber. Backed by a well-capitalized family office and led by a team with a track record of a major beauty brand exit in the U.S., the client is now entering an exciting new phase: launching and scaling the brand in the American market.

Role Overview

This person will own the operational backbone of the business, making sure the right product is in the right place at the right time across every channel the client sells in, and will build the systems and reporting that let the rest of the team make smart, fast decisions. This is a high-ownership role on a lean team. They will work closely with the commercial and marketing hires to connect sales growth to inventory reality, and will be the person who figures out how to scale operations over the next few years without things breaking.

Responsibilities

  • Own forecasting across all SKUs and channels, keeping inventory levels in sync with sales velocity across Amazon, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Manage inbound production and logistics from the overseas manufacturer, including container tracking, lead times, and shelf-life planning.
  • Navigate the specific shipping, stocking, and compliance requirements for partners like Amazon, National Retailers, UNFI, and KeHE.
  • Oversee warehouse relationships, monitor on-time delivery performance, and lead the evaluation and build-out of a west coast distribution point.
  • Build the reporting infrastructure so the team always knows inventory levels across all channels in real time.
  • Document SOPs, identify process gaps, and build scalable systems as the business grows.

Who They're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally within CPG or food and beverage.
  • Familiar with the full channel mix: Amazon (Vendor and/or Seller Central), national retail, and distributor-managed accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with demand planning, MRP, and inventory management tools.
  • Comfortable with shelf-life sensitive products and the planning complexity that comes with them.
