About the Company
Our client builds science-backed beauty tools designed to bring spa-quality treatments into everyday homes, accessible, effective, and obsessively engineered. They have 15,000+ five-star reviews and have been featured in Allure, Vogue, Cosmopolitan magazines. They run a performance-first creative operation across two direct response brands, built on relentless testing, fast iteration, and a bias toward what actually converts.
Role Overview
This is a remote Figma Designer role focused on turning conversion-focused design into landing pages, emails, and paid ad creatives that move the needle across two DTC brands. Design here is treated as a conversion lever, not decoration. This person will work where design meets revenue: landing pages, email campaigns, and paid ad creative for Meta, Pinterest, and beyond. They will move across three teams in the same week, sometimes the same day: performance creative on static ad assets, eCommerce and CRO on landing pages and site design, and retention on email creative. The role calls for a sharp eye on layout and hierarchy, a real grasp of how UX drives conversion, and the ability to produce polished work at volume.
Responsibilities
- Landing pages that convert: Design landing pages, PDPs, and funnel pages with the eCommerce team, applying hierarchy, flow, and mobile-first thinking to cut friction at every step.
- Brief to build: Translate briefs and wireframes into production-ready designs, and build page variants and modular sections to support CRO testing.
- Email that performs: Design promotional, retention, and post-purchase email templates that balance brand look with inbox-ready layouts: legible, mobile-friendly, and clear on the CTA.
- Modular email systems: Work with the retention team to build email components that can be assembled and iterated quickly rather than rebuilt from scratch.
- Paid social and ad creative: Produce static ad creative for Meta, Pinterest, and other paid channels, then resize and adapt it for every platform it needs to live on.
- Brand consistency at scale: Contribute to and maintain style guides across both brands, keeping every touchpoint on-brand even as volume and speed pick up.
Who They're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, ideally at a DTC brand or a performance-focused agency.
- A portfolio showing real range: landing page design, email creative, and digital ad assets.
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator required, After Effects a plus.
- Understands UX principles as they apply to ecommerce and conversion, not just as design theory.
- Knows the constraints of email design: mobile rendering, CTA hierarchy, modular layouts.
- Can turn out multiple variations and iterations quickly without letting craft slip.
- Strong instincts for typography, layout, and color, with the ability to explain the reasoning behind choices.
- Comfortable holding two distinct brand identities in mind.
