Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the beauty and wellness space, focused on helping customers restore confidence through safe, effective, technology-led solutions for hair regrowth, skin, and body care. As the company scales into a global wellness brand, they're building an in-house creative engine to support the next phase of customer acquisition, brand growth, and performance marketing.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA, for an eCommerce Operations Manager to own fulfillment operations and turn data into faster, cleaner order execution across a 3PL network. This starts as an individual contributor role with a clear path to management as the team grows. This person will own day to day warehouse and fulfillment operations, working directly out of the company's ERP system to keep orders moving accurately and on time. ERP-driven fulfillment ownership is non-negotiable in this role. Beyond that, this person will build custom dashboards using AI tools to give the team visibility into what is actually happening across the network, and will manage 3PL partners on both the West Coast and East Coast to keep service levels where they need to be.

Responsibilities

  • ERP fulfillment ownership: Own day to day order fulfillment inside the ERP system, keeping accuracy and speed high across every order.
  • 3PL management: Manage 3PL partners on the West Coast and East Coast, holding them to clear service level expectations.
  • Custom dashboarding: Build and maintain AI-assisted dashboards that give the team real-time visibility into fulfillment rates and operational performance.
  • Returns diagnosis: Dig into return data to identify what is actually driving returns, then work with the team to fix it at the root.
  • Process improvement: Continuously refine fulfillment and warehouse processes so they hold up as order volume scales.
  • Team growth: Lay the groundwork to build and lead a small operations team as the function matures, with a clear path from individual contributor to manager.

Who They're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, ideally at a DTC brand.
  • Comfortable owning an ERP system end to end, this is not optional.
  • Has managed or worked closely with 3PL partners, multi-coast experience is a strong plus.
  • Analytical by nature and enjoys building dashboards and digging into data to find the real story.
  • Self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes without heavy oversight.
  • Wants to grow from an individual contributor role into managing a team over time.
