About the Company
Our client is a DTC brand making handmade bags and accessories built around timeless, down-to-earth style. The brand runs a deep catalog of 300 to 400 plus SKUs, from everyday carry to the small pieces that make a difference, all crafted to feel personal and well made rather than mass-produced. Customers come to the brand for quality they can feel and a look that stays understated and elegant. The brand has built a loyal following by maintaining authentic standards in product sourcing and craftsmanship, and in how it communicates with its community.
Role Overview
This is a remote Creative Strategist role, LATAM based. This person will own the concepts behind the client's paid social creative. This is a brand-first creative role, so the work has to look and feel like the brand: handmade, authentic, and grounded. Ads that read as dropshipping or generic mass-produced product are the opposite of what's wanted. This person will work directly with the founders to shape the creative direction across a deep product catalog, bringing real range to the concepts rather than leaning on one repeated look. As the role grows, there is room to build out and lead a creative team.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative concepts behind the paid social ads, from the initial idea through to a clear brief the team can execute.
- Protect the brand's look on every piece of creative, keeping it handmade, authentic, and down-to-earth rather than polished into something that feels mass-produced.
- Bring real variety to the work, pushing a wide range of styles and formats instead of repeating one winning look.
- Find fresh angles across a deep product catalog so each SKU gets creative that actually fits it.
- Help shape the right concept cadence, leaning toward fewer, sharper ideas over the high-volume batch approach.
- Translate how the brand speaks to its customers into creative that sounds and feels like the brand.
- Lay the groundwork to build and lead a small creative team, including video editors and graphic designers, as the role expands.
Who They're Looking For
- A strong, varied portfolio that shows real creative range across styles and formats.
- Sharp instinct for handmade, authentic, down-to-earth creative, and knows exactly what to avoid so nothing reads as dropshipping or mass-produced.
- Understands the brand's aesthetics and how it talks to its customers.
- Has worked with multi-SKU or higher SKU-count brands, which is a strong plus.
- Comfortable owning creative direction end to end and making the call on what gets made.
- Open to building and leading a creative team down the line.
