DTC men's grooming brand
About the Company
Our client is a DTC men's grooming brand selling an at-home hair renewal system built around a precision micro-infusion applicator and a nourishing scalp serum. The brand is subscription-based, ships direct to consumers, and leans on a premium, no-mess ritual positioning, four simple steps, a few minutes a week.
Role Overview
This is a Creative Strategist role focused on direct response and Meta performance creative for the client's paid acquisition. This person will bring deep command of hooks, leads, unique mechanisms, proof, offers, and closes, and will take ideas from concept through execution, writing scripts, building briefs and storyboards, and directing editing. They'll live in the Meta data, figure out why creatives win or stall, and turn results into the next round of tests.
Who They're Looking For

Ability to take an idea from concept through execution: writing scripts, creating briefs and storyboards, selecting formats, and giving detailed editing feedback on pacing, visuals, captions, and hooks.
Consumer Research & Competitive Intelligence
Strong ability to analyze the Meta Ad Library, customer pain points, market sophistication, competitor messaging, and current cultural trends to uncover differentiated angles.
